Pop Art, originating in the 1950s in the US and the UK, is a vibrant movement influenced by popular culture, mass media, and consumerism. Challenging traditional art, Pop artists drew inspiration from contemporary mass culture. In this collection, I blend British Pop art with the emerging pop culture in late 60s Iran. The T-shirt illustrations, inspired by the nostalgic advertisements of the 60s, reflect my imaginative approach.
